Café Rio Mexican Grill Signs Lease at Shops at Lake Forest (Lake Forest, CA)


LAGUNA HILLS, CALIF. (May 13, 2009) – Parker & Associates, Inc. a seasoned boutique retail brokerage company is proud to announce that Café Rio (www.caferio.com) has signed a ten year lease at the Shops at Lake Forest.

The Lake Forest restaurant will be the first California location for the chain, which is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. With 25 stores currently established throughout Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Colorado, the health-oriented, fast-casual restaurant is in an exciting phase of expansion. The menu offerings, inspired from the Rio Grande Valley regions of Northern Mexico, Texas and New Mexico, are prepared fresh each day from scratch using traditional recipes and techniques.

Springing Forward

As of late:

I became Addison's favorite. 
Lisa turned 21. She ate a lot of meat at Tucanos. 
We got really into bowling. I PR'd at 104. 

It's been Water March, so the Mocktail party I went to was a let down. But at least we looked good doing it. It doesnt translate well to polaroids, but our skin is glowing. 

I participated in a bum bonfire and successfully lit a christmas tree on fire. Who knew how fast they burned?

I am proud to say that my little sister got her acceptance letter from BYU. Now its all up to her where she decides to go. I am hoping she decides to get fully invested and starts bleeding blue. Go Cougs!
